Based on '80s Wayne Hussey.

Wayne is wearing a black cotton shirt, Victorian frock coat in black velvet, black Stetson-style hat with purple band, black leather trousers (including underpants) and motorcycle boots (all accessories, even the sunglasses, are removable).

This Wayne was constructed using an old Ken doll as a base. I had previously used Action Man for the whole body, but had to change to Ken because Action Man is too muscular. I remodelled the face from an Action Man head ('plastic surgery' <grin>), repainted it and attached hair.
